To use Incepta, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Incepta to:

  • Create applications that violate laws or regulations
  • Generate malware, spam, or malicious content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute our services without permission

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the applications you create with Incepta. You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your applications as part of providing the service.

Our Content

Incepta's platform, branding, and proprietary technology are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform.

Code Export

You may export the code generated for your applications. Exported code is provided "as-is" and becomes your responsibility to maintain and secure.

Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact support to request a refund within this period.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incepta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
